Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment by VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo and Electron. All prices quoted are in UK Pounds Sterling and credit/debit cards will be charged in UK Pounds Sterling. If you are shopping outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. For information we display an approximation on the cost in Euros in addition to £ Sterling.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

All prices exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise. Details of Postage and Packing charges will be displayed to customers clearly during the final stages of confirming your order.

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

RECON STORE will appear on your credit card statement. After you have placed an order, you will receive an email receipt confirming your purchase from eustore@recon.com. Please keep the email receipt for your records.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

All RECON STORE offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

Shipping And Handling Products will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail or Air Mail according to your shipping selection.

Delivery Schedule Orders received before 3pm GMT are normally sent out the following working day. Most leather/bondage items will normally be shipped within 7 days, however we aim to dispatch 100% of these items no later than 14 days. Larger items (eg sleepsacks or furniture may take 4 - 6 weeks as they are made to order.) Where goods canot be shipped within the stated times we will aim to advise you of expected delivery times by email within 48 hours.

Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Note: For goods imported into non EU countries customs may charge additional local taxes, and a handling fee in addition to the cost of goods and postage.

Privacy Policy RECON STORE do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy Please inspect your goods upon delivery of the package. We are sure you'll be satisfied with your purchase but should there be a fault/problem with any item(s) then simply email us first at shop@recon.com.

If you don't like the goods, you ordered the wrong size, or you have changed your mind, you can return the order within a seven-day 'cooling-off' period (in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). If you have already paid for the goods or services, RECON STORE will refund your money (less postage & packing) within 30 days of you cancelling the agreement and upon receipt of the returned items in 100% condition.

Intimate items such as underwear, dildos, butt plugs, etc. cannot be returned - for reasons of hygiene - unless faulty in manufacture. If in any doubt, please email eustore@recon.com.

For items which are deemed to be faulty, we will also refund you the cost of return postage.
